In 2002, Execute watersports was founded by Geno Apicella and launched the brand in Rome, Italy. Later that year, Execute watersports merged with Padova International to form Execute Sports, Inc.
At the time, Padova International, run by Don Dallape and Scott Swendener, were designing and manufacturing motocross graphic kits for N-Style graphics. Soon after the merger, Execute graphics were launched.
Initial watersports customers included G.I. Joe’s and Galyan’s.
After three years of steady growth, Execute Sports, Inc. acquired the license to design, manufacture and distribute clothing for the Eagle Rider Motorcycle brand.
Soon after, a decision was made to bring Execute Sports, Inc. public in order to grow the company.
In 2005, Execute Sports, Inc. became a public company. In February of 2006, they began to trade under the symbol EXCS.
After many growing pains and several changes in upper management, Execute Sports, Inc. is back on track designing, manufacturing and distributing watersports products.
